Most of us know from personal experience that we feel better and can do more after a nap. There is already considerable published data to support our views. Now we will be proving how having a short power nap and specifically improved workplace performance are inextricably linked in order to really get the nation napping.
We are delighted to be partnering with Affinity Health and Birkbeck University to conduct robust research into Napperformance – the correlation between napping and performance. We will be measuring the difference that having a nap makes on your concentration, focus, decision-making and your mood to develop and build an evidence base for the benefits of napping at work.
